GE OEC 9800 Plus GSP with 9″ Image Intensifier. New BATTERY PACKS REPLACED. REV 30 S/W. has been painted, the brakes have been replaced and has been independently inspected by X-Ray technician. DOM 2006. 8194 hours of use.
